What better to do on hump day than kick back and relax with a feed? Well, Glenny Kebabs has been doing that for quite some time now. The infamous Glenny kebabs, once a little take away food shop tucked in the corner of a car wash and service station, now a takeaway and dine in venue located in Glen Waverley and Forrest Hill. Asad, responsible for the Glenny Kebabs franchise, has focused on keeping the atmosphere unlike any other.

Every night is something different at Forrest Hill. Notably, Wednesday night car meets, amongst other nights. This is a time for car enthusiasts to catch up, hang out and generally just relax. A variety of car and bike clubs organise events at Glenny Kebabs, whether its various JDM owners clubs, AMG car club, 86/BRZ owners club to hosting school events, catering for the masses.

If sitting out amongst the atmosphere of petrol, ethanol, warm motors and the smell of it all isn’t your thing, located 5 minutes down the road is Glenny Kebabs Glen Waverley, Century City Walk. With more seating, indoor dining and a quieter venue, it’s an alternative to the hustle and bustle of Forrest Hill. Offering the same delicious food, more desserts and indoor seating, or even if the weather isn’t looking too good, I highly recommend to visit if your still after your HSP, Kebab or desserts.

Its always a wonder what you will see hanging out at Glenny Kebabs, Rocket Bunny S15? Mazda RX3? Hell what sort of a kebab shop wouldn’t be complete without a VL or two? Glenny Kebabs attracts the lot. You never know who you will run into. There is always someone down here to hang out with.

Atmosphere aside, its now down to feeding your appetite. If you are wanting something to fill you up, Regular HSP or a Kebab will suit you fine. For a few hungry people, a Large HSP, shared amongst friends is a fantastic idea. Feeling savoury? How about some donut fries or Churro Snack Pack? Either way, Glenny Kebabs will not leave you hungry.
