BREAKING THE MOULD

Exterior modelling of cars today has become prevalent with the massive influx of wide body and over fender suppliers seemingly popping up overnight. Several iconic names have sprung forth from their stylings, names like Rocket Bunny, APR and Voltex. None, I feel, are more synonymous with luxury than Liberty Walk and their brand of body kits LB WORKS.

Taking from the old school “Kaido Racer” style, the Liberty Walk brand is not interested in ‘tuning’ or ‘dressing up’ a car. “Kaizo” – “Remodelling” – is what LB WORKS is all about.

This BMW is one of a small handful of Australia’s Liberty Walk modified cars.

LB Works has taken the traditional Japanese ‘Bosozuku’ style and applied it to the higher end of the automotive spectrum. Their repertoire includes several Lamborghinis, a 458 Italia and a GTR to name a few.

Currently there are roughly 200 LB cars in Japan alone, and roughly 350 in circulation in other countries around the world. Giving a little more exclusivity to the high end vehicles, beyond their original exorbitant price tag.

More Recently LB WORKS has extended their range to more commonly affordable vehicles such as the Infiniti v35 and Mini Cooper. The LB KIDS line, extends the brands reach, allowing children to enjoy the same custom automotive culture we appreciate as adults.
