BERRY’S FAMOUS DONUTS

Berry, what can I say about it really. It’s a cute town known for its Alpaca burger from what I’ve been told but little did I know it was also known for something else. Over the weekend I went down to Kiama just to getaway from the City and I noticed that Berry was only 25 minutes away so I thought why not check it out. I’ve been there a few times and I really liked it, they have cute little boutique stores which make the town unique from others and its a common place for tourists to visit.

Frances mentioned that they have REALLY good donuts that they make fresh daily and apparently that’s what Berry is well known for, I was a bit skeptical so I thought why not check it out and to my surprise they did not disappoint!

I must admit the line was really long but if you have the patience, I promise you it will be all worth it.

We ordered our coffee and a dozen donuts, yes a dozen donuts! Of course they weren’t all for us but for my parents back home.. =)

After ordering we waited it out and had a look around.

My verdict, one of the best donuts I have tasted. Nice and crunchy on the outside but on inside.. that is where heaven is. Soft and fluffy just the way I like it. I would definitely recommend anyone going that direction to make a pit stop at Berry and have a donut, even try the Alpaca burger apparently that’s also good.
